If you wish to exchange or return your order, this is perfectly possible. It is a consumer right guaranteed by law. We, at Nunzi Gioielli, make a point of explaining step by step, so that the process is easy for you.

The Consumer Protection Code provides that exchanges and returns can be made within 7 (seven) calendar days if the customer regrets the purchase, all parts have a 6 month warranty.

After this period, they are free for 30 days after the order date.

We offer the following exchange options in our store: credits for new purchases, different merchandise or refund of the amount paid. There are, however, some rules that must be observed:

  • Discounted products are final sale and are not available for exchanges or returns;
  • returned products must retain the label and be sent in the original packaging;
  • Returned products must not show signs of use.

To begin the exchange/return process, follow the steps below:

  • Contact our support team in the “Contact” tab;
  • enter the order number;
  • choose the items you want to exchange or return;
  • print the prepaid shipping label that we will send to your email;
  • ship all items using this label.
  • Reason for exchange/return.
  • We are not responsible for lost orders.

The refund of any product, if any, is processed within the period of D+30.


When can I request an exchange or return?
In the same way as physical retail, online retail must also respect standards that protect the relationship between the company and the customer.

The e-Commerce Law ensures that the consumer has a period of seven consecutive days to submit a request for a return or exchange. The reasons for this request involve:

  • sending the wrong product;
  • defective product;
  • regret about the purchase without prior explanation;
  • material that is not compatible with the advertised product;
  • product with incorrect characteristics (size, color, thickness).

The e-Commerce Law is Decree nº 7,962/2013. It complements what is already provided for in the Consumer Protection Code, Law No. 8,078/1990.

What does the legislation say about the exchange and return policy?
Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code deals with purchases made outside the physical store, that is, in online stores.

According to the CDC, the consumer may regret the purchase and return the item without needing to justify themselves, respecting the seven-day period from the date on which they received the merchandise.

Within this period, everything paid by the consumer must be returned as soon as possible, with monetary correction, including shipping costs.

Defect in merchandise

There is also an obligation to exchange items sent defective or that have suffered damage during transportation.

In this case, the same rules as conventional establishments apply. The standard is found in article 26 of the CDC.

There is a 30-day deadline for non-durable items for the customer to respond to defective products.

The company has a period of 30 days to return to the customer, notifying about the repair of the product or the completion of the exchange.

ADDRESS RESENDS / RETURNED TO SENDER

If the CORREIOS cannot find your address, immediately contact us by email [email protected] so that we can resend it.

In cases where the POST OFFICE cannot find the address, resending is free.

If the address has been entered incorrectly or incompletely by the customer and the Post Office classifies it as "Incorrect Address" or "Incomplete Address" or the order remains at the agency awaiting collection and the customer does not collect it within the period stipulated by the Post Office, the cost of Resending will be the customer's responsibility

The new shipment has a delivery time of up to 45 working days.

All parts have a 6 month warranty.
